Seriously, the FACESHOP is unprofessional in dealing with customers and with the upcoming fan signing event.
The staff withheld information regarding the event, which resulted in numerous customer complaints when they realised that they could be entitled to a ticket pass if the products were bought tomorrow.
This event was a great opportunity for TFS to anchor their brand image n reputation in Singapore. However, they have disappointed potential n current customers with their exorbitant rates for the event, especially with poor communication amongst the staff.
For a company that prides itself on ethical products, it is a pity that their staff (in Singapore Bugis Outlet) do not support that image.
The supervisor’s solution for the poor (or lack of) communication to the customers regarding the event - “I have received many similar calls today regarding this, so i cannot cancel the purchase to allow you to buy the stuff tmr for the event”.
HUH?!
